OceanRW 1250 – Two-tank basket washing system
The OceanRW 1250 is designed for pre-cleaning and intermediate cleaning of components from mechanical engineering, machining, metalworking and assembly.
The “OceanRW” is an automatic cleaning and degreasing system with an electrically operated vertical lift door and a pull-out loading trolley on a front-loading table. The trolley is equipped with a removable basket rim (150 mm high). The housing and all associated pipework are made of stainless steel, material grade 1.4301.
Cleaning is carried out using a U-shaped special nozzle system with flat-jet spray nozzles while the workpiece basket rotates under drive. An end-position indexing of the basket enables the loading trolley to be moved directly onto the front-loading table once the program is completed. Rinsing takes place in the same treatment chamber using a separate spray system. Two high-performance recirculation pumps supply the wash and rinse circuits and ensure intensive, all-round cleaning.
This used system is in well-maintained technical condition.
