Cleaning solutions for household appliances

Grease and stain free: Technical cleanliness in preparation for further processing household appliances.

Perfectly integrated into your production process

Our cleaning system integrates seamlessly with your production process: your internal processes determine the configuration of the system. When manufacturing household appliances and cookware, high throughputs and continuous conveyor technology often determine the production sequence, which we address with our BvL cleaning system.

Individual solutions and cooperation in partnership

As your partner for optimum technical cleanliness, we stand for pragmatic and practice-oriented concepts. By working together, we will find flexible solutions for your modern production – always with the aim of making your production processes more efficient and effective.

Clean metal surfaces:

Free of grease and stains

Aqueous cleaning serves as preparation for enameling or for bonding or welding processes. Stamped, deep-drawn, and formed parts must also be cleaned in preparation for subsequent processes. Residues of corrosion protection oils, drawing aids, and flash rust are removed from the metal surface.

Bath treatment ensures optimum bath service life. Previously washed-off oils and particles are efficiently removed. Large-volume plate phase separators, vacuum evaporators, and filters are often used for this purpose.

Reliable drying of the workpiece

Reliable drying of the metal surface is essential for subsequent processes—especially in recessed areas such as folds or undercuts. Our systems include an integrated or external drying system, enabling targeted drying results.

Efficient heating concepts

We intelligently integrate the cleaning technology into existing processes and resources. In this way, existing process heat (e.g. district heating or gas heating) can also be used for the cleaning system bath heating. Forms of heat recovery or hybrid heating technologies can also be used. This guarantees energy savings and makes the cleaning system environmentally friendly.
